No. The scheme is open to all ages and income groups, as long as you're a legal resident of Punjab and have a petrol bike in your name.

No. This scheme is only for conversion of existing petrol bikes to electric, not for buying new EV bikes.

Do I have to pay tax on the Rs. 100,000 reward?

As of now, no official tax is applied to the reward amount, but it’s best to check the official portal for the latest updates
